This market will resolve to "Yes" if Karol Nawrocki is sworn in as President of Poland on August 6, 2025.
Considerations:
The swearing-in of Karol Nawrocki on August 6 is contingent upon the Polish Supreme Court's validation of the election results. The Speaker of the Sejm, Szymon Hołownia, who is responsible for convening the National Assembly for the ceremony, has stated he will do so on August 6, provided the court confirms the election's validity.
The Supreme Court must rule on the matter by July 2, after reviewing any electoral protests filed by the June 16 deadline. According to Polish law, the president-elect is sworn in on the last day of the outgoing president's term, which is August 6, 2025.
Update June 2:
The Speaker of the Sejm, Szymon Hołownia, has stated that the National Assembly will be convened on August 6 at 10 AM, regardless of whether the Supreme Court of Poland approves the election result or does not issue any opinion. As of today, the Supreme Court has not yet given its opinion on the election's validity, despite being obliged to do so by June 1.
