Resolves YES if anyone is confirmed to be working on what was originally Hytale, even if this person/team is unaffiliated with the original developers. They must have actual access to the original code and/or assets: remakes don't count.
The code and assets are the primary identifiers: If the name of the game changes but the code is still known to be Hytale's original code, it still counts. If the code gets ship-of-Theseus-ed, it still counts. If legacy code (like the original engine) is used instead of the new code, it still counts.
Resolves NO if this doesn't happen before Jan 1 2027.
I reserve the right to modify the resolution criteria for a period of 48 hours after this market is created, just in case I realize they're flawed.
I will not trade in this market.
