'New Evidence' can be any facts the judge or jury weren't aware of, which would've mitigated their decision relevant to his guilt and degree of culpability to the death of George Floyd. This can be evidence that is now public knowledge but was withheld at the trial. Evidence of legal & procedural mistakes by themselves will not count, unless it was related to the evidence (presented or withheld) e.g. tampering or withholding exculpatory evidence.
Market will resolve NO if Chauvin's sentence is NOT reduced due to new evidence by 2028, or is only reduced due to some other reason (e.g. procedural mistakes, good behavior)
Market will resolve N/A if Chauvin is pardoned or sentence is commuted not citing any new evidence as defined.
Market will resolve YES if Chauvin is pardoned or sentence is commuted due to new evidence as defined.
