Will Silksong be a Switch 2 launch title?

I will consider it to be a launch title if criteria a or b are met.

a. A playable version of the game is available for download on the launch date of the Switch 2 in the United States

OR

b. The game is featured prominently in Switch 2 promotional materials or announced as a launch title AND a playable version of the game is available for download within 30 days (inclusive) of the launch date of the Switch 2 in the United States

If necessary, the closing date will extend 30 days past the launch date of Switch 2.
