This market resolves as "Yes" if a credible organization (e.g., the International Energy Agency [IEA] at https://www.iea.org/energy-system/buildings/data-centres-and-data-transmission-networks) publishes a report indicating that the highest estimated global energy consumption by data centres in 2024 is 450 terawatt-hours (TWh) or more. The market will resolve as "No" if there is no report from a reputable source stating that the estimated energy consumption for data centres worldwide surpasses 450TWh.
