All dates after the date the operationalization is reached will resolve YES. Otherwise after the end of each month resolves NO.

Only resolves YES if it seems like I could have in principle withdrawn $100 USD from Manifold up to that point, so may not resolve YES if I earn prize points then somehow use them to get more points, but not $100 USD worth more, e.g.
