Will any traditional Magic: The Gathering card have an NFC chip attached to the card by 2030?

The NFC chip can be embedded within the card or attached to the outside of the card surface to count, as long as it comes attached to the card fresh from the packaging or product. If the product requires the buyer to attach the NFC chip after purchase, that will not count.

Joke cards like silver bordered or acorned cards or anything of similar spirit will count for this market as long as they have a traditional Magic card back (as perceived by the Comprehensive Rules) and are not a token. Championship Series cards, for example, would not count since they don't have a traditional Magic card back.

Market will resolve to the date the product is released and can be purchased (or gifted) to an end-user customer, not to when it is spoiled or announced. If it can be purchased by an end-user customer before 2030 but will be shipped after Jan 1 2030, that will count.

This market may be resolved early if the Market Creator is convinced that there will be no more Magic products released before 2030. Market Creator may trade on this market.
