My goal for 2025 is bench my weight. Deadlift twice my weight. Run sub 25 min 5k. And loose weight and achieve a sub 23 bmi

@Spotexx I run on the treadmill before gym for about 10 minutes. I go to the gym twice a week and goal is to continue twice a week throughout the year.
