Today the court allowed freezing the funding for NPD. Many hope the same can be done for AfD.
Resolves YES if the Federal Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht) allow the AfD funding freeze.
Resolves NO if the court rules that a funding freeze is unconstitutional.

Made another one which closes shortly before the election in 2025. That feels more meaningful.

The freeze of funding for the NPD was requested 2019 and decided today in 2024. Even if the parliament requests the Constitutional court to freeze the funding of the AFD and even if the process is faster, this would still probably take years too.
This means a freeze of funding in 2024 is close to impossible.
